The slick pavement is frantic with bustle. The lights blink with incessant alarm and every car that races by whips the cool air into a mini whirlwind. The sounds crackle and pop with all that is alive and thriving. This is what’s inside of me, this is what so many people miss, and this is what I have chosen to protect.
